you should get it under a light right now, go to the 18-6 or 24-0 now, your small pot will make the harvest the same (small)

Plant looks healthy but slow growth. Use Gas Lantern Routine light cycle (12-1) and you'll have her bush out very fast. Basically it uses 12/12 light cycle with 1hr between darkness. 12on-5.5off-1on-5.5off-repeat.

I think your plant would be much happier in a pot that could breath, I've had issues growing in a "GLAZED" pot, just not enough drainage ,,I'll bet if ya use a long probe moisture analizer the bottom of your pot is way to wet. if ya could get it out of that pot ,and into clay if your gonna keep it small , and it'll take off i'm sure. But with the rim on your pot, you'll have to sacrifice it, but it can be safely done
