Lil' Help Harvesting Top 1/2 only

Hi Everyone! It has been awhile since I have chimed in but I do pop in from time to time to catch up on all your journals.
I am hoping that someone has experienced this and will share your experiences and knowledge
I have had to switch to T-5's so now at harvest time only the top half is ready. Can I take just the top half and put the bottoms back in to the flower room ? I am sure that I would have to start my feeding program again.
Am I on the right track ?

Harvesting the top 1/2 is ideal for regular grow without training, or scrog, giving the bottom 1/2 more time to swell and ripe. Keep the nute feeding schedule same as the last week before the flush. Then flush again before harvesting. Most allow 2-4 weeks in between first 1/2 from second 1/2. Good luck and have fun. ~
