Background:
Soil, outdoor, nutrients = heavy sixteen, 2 part (Bud-A and Bud-B), don't know the pH, don't know the kind of soil

MY thoughts:
1) Not enough water, creating the droopy effect
2) Bugs creating the yellowness
3) Soil doesn't drain very well anymore, can't breathe
4) Overall fucked look, combination of all

YOUR thoughts:

I'm kinda having the same problems with my plant but i would say 90% of your problem is the bugs I have been using a pepper soap mix steep about 4 table spoons in boiling water leave sit over night and strain it with a coffee filter or cheese cloth whatever you have on hand put in your spray bottle and then add maybe a teaspoon of dishsoap make shure it's not concentrated and shake spray on the underside of leaves it does a very good job at keeping them under control maybe if you have good luck you will get rid of em ladybugs work as well...my question to you how do i upload a photo on this blog I'll show you my prize bitch
