New Grower

Hi, I planted from seed Green Crack, I't in a 3X3 tent with a 400W HPS and in a 5 gallon container... my question is why does my plant look like a salad more that a cannabis plant and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or is this normal

Hopefully someone can let me know if this is normal? It's on day 23 in veg...
