Well folks 
This is a work in progress, and mainly built on just what seems to make sense in my head!
This technique is a revised working of information I found in the how to grow section here. The process I read states a light scheme of 21.36 hrs light and 12 dark for a couple of weeks during prime budding. I tried and tested this out with a number of my girls and was happily shown great results, with no negative effect apart from a little time added on the end.
So working from this and going on other info I've soaked up over the years, I've come to a conclusion of sorts
Ill be mapping a strain out for growth phases etc. Then with same strain ill then grow using my new method.
LA's LIGHT WAVE CYCLE
Ill be running a timetable of my own, yet to be determined! But roughly something like 20/12 for 5-6 days or so just before each wave of budding. Then ill return to 12/12 for quick production till the next extended time slot pops rnd.
This shouldn't by my experience do anything negative to my girls but we will find out soon I'm sure!
Hopefully this wave pattern will work wonders and give the ability to tailor to you plants and boost yield massively!
