When bud smells like "cat piss" or amoina, its surely not quality, this happens when the bud isnt cured fully (still slightly damp) and then bagged. So if ya dont burp the bag is starts to give off that unholy "cat piss" smell.
Ive had some like that and its awful to smoke.
