Sorry to let you know but Maryland doesn' have a medical marijuana program.

They do have a law that allows you to use your illness as a defense in court, should you be arrested and prosecuted. This is better than not having that right (like the other 36 states) but not as good as states that recognize the legitmate right of patients to choose the medicine that helps them most.
