Turning Yellow and slowed growth??

Ok so this is my first grow and have spent hours online trying to figure things out but there's a million different answers that all say something different... Anyone who has any advice it would be much appreciated, here's pics and stats of my situation.

2 Candy Cane Autofems from crop King

300w Viperspectra LED 24/7

2'•4'•5' tent

5 gallon cloth pots

Mix perlite/organic orchid mix/enriched potting soil

MG plant food/ 1/4 strength

Ph'd water

Vent system and fans intake/exaust/circulation

LST

Temp stays from 25-30 •c

Humidity from 40-70%

Ok so it's the beginning of week 5 and what I think is preflowering and the bottom leaves are starting to turn yellow with growth almost stopped after INTENSEly rapid growth until now.. Using two styles of pot with one shorter/wider - one taller/slimmer and the short round is te one turning yellow. It may just be my imagination but the other faintly looks like it starting to as well.. Everything I found said probably nitrogen deficiency so I added about 5 oz brewed espresso to a little over a gallon of water with a half dose of MG plant food and watered thoroughly. Any thoughts or suggestions? Of any kind , I really have no idea if they look good or bad, healthy or not ect.. Thanks for any feedback!!

Thanks for all the feed back everyone..... Their perked up and yellowing stopped. Leaves turned to ridged "claws" for a few hours then fanned up and out with noticeable growth after 3 days of little to none. The one that yellowed i noticed has much more stretch and long thin fan leaves than the other which is so tightly spaced its almost impossible to get the leaves tucked/tied so what im guessing are bud sites get light. Does this indicate different "Phenos" Sativa dom and indica dom or could it be one cloth pot short and wide and one tall and thin? I assumed pot difference at first but its switched with the taller (sativa dom??) in the short wide ect.. Last question, is there any crucial timer to stop all LST and is there any benefit or negative affects to removing leaves after flower starts? Removed about 20 leaves that had yellowed a little then a few of the excess "indica" ones. Thanks for ANY feedback..:50::50:
