This whole medical marijuana thing kind of was dropped in my lap this last June. So, I have tried to really inform myself with all the facts that I can get.
I love alternative medicine. But I have been pulled over once and had my car searched just because of a pro medical marijuana sign was in my vehicle. This really p**** me off.
But that only gave me reason to really kick in my research and find out more. One of the problems I have ran into, besides the police harrassement, is friends distancing themselves and the lack of legitamate sources (no vested interest associated with the information) of the information that I find.
We do have a vested interest in this medical marijuana other than personal use. But I want to serve myself and the people who come to me honestly and informed.
I want to also intregrate other alternative treatments with the offer of medical marijuana. I have ran into so many walls it's crazy. From a local competitor hiring people to harrass my patients coming into my clinic to the narcotic police (yes including the dog) pulling my husband over for "not making a complete stop".
But, I will continue and not cheat anyone and keep searching for legitamate sources of infomation.
