Well got home from the sunshine state and was itching to start growing again. Seems I'm hooked on growing it for my hubby and with no more kids around for over 12 years it gives me something to look forward to when I get up besides taking care of the hubby.
I started growing instead of him because every time he tried they would die. I read somewhere on the net that a plant can tell when someone is sick and they inevitably get sick too. Well in this case it's true, my husband was in the last stages of Hep C damages to his liver before we caught it.
Anyways on a lighter note since we don't want any pity party's I started some new seeds I got and all of them but one out of those 20 seeds ended up female. Hooray!!!
I have 4 White widows, 4 BigBud/White widows, 3 Lemon Ice, 4 New York Diesels, and my 2 Purple Kush mothers I kept from last time. One of the Lemons turned out male but thats OK cause I'm going to cross him with one of each and see what I get. I took cuttings from each and made 1 ft tall babies for putting them in with Mr. Lemon for seeds.
All are growing fine with the exception of the Lemon Ice females, they are very slow at growing but I guess thats cause I only have 600 watts to play with and to many plants for sharing it.
I had planned on giving some away but only 4 have left to other homes.
Average height is 2.5 Ft but the Big Bud/White widow has out shined them on size but not branches.
My new grow area out of the house for Mr.Lemon is working great. I'm just waiting for the babies to get strong enough roots to put them with him. I hope he enjoys his fate.
