I add the smaller bag of promix hp and 1 cup of amendment and allow that shit to recook. After the 3rd run the perlite starts to break down and shit gets muddy. Honestly it wouldnt hurt to add a bit of fresh promix after the 2nd run, with the leaf and handful of roots and all that good stuff. Yes you can do it. If you have them separate you're solid, just dont forget to label and date those tubs
Edit...don't forget the ewc....Every 2-3 runs I add 20#
Edit #2....fair warning...dont try to germinate seeds in 2nd run plus soil, chances are the soil will eat the seed. That shit is super active and has chowed a few really nice beans....
