Hmmm. If you will de-carb it all why do you not just do it now? Why cure first? - - -just a thought.

Miss Sue, could you please point me to your latest recipe for capsules? Please?

I'm not really sure, other than habit lazyfish, although it occurs to me that letting the water evaporate first might be a good thing. I can't think straight enough tonight to work it out. Lol!

Part of the harvest from the clones will be processed fresh. I'll have to work out timings on that soon.

Oil recipes.....

- Use olive oil or another long-chained fatty acid for most medicinal needs. Liver cancer is a primary exception. Use coconut oil for that.

- Use coconut oil for r creation all. It's a medium-chained fat and goes straight to the liver. You'll get higher, faster with coconut oil and lecithin.

- Get yourself some liquid sunflower lecithin. It potentiates the cannabis by making it more bioavailable, as well as supply the body with essential nutrients.

The strength of the oil is dependent on the intended reciepient, and the reason for the dose. Some of my recents are

- 36-hour bake oil is 3-7 grams to a half cup of oil.
- CBD capsules were made at 100 grams bud to 500 ml oil. This would work for any capsules, not just CBD-dominants.
- It's pretty standard to use 7grams of buds or an ounce of sugar leaves to a half cup of oil.

Whatever recipe you choose, use 1 Tablespoon of lecithin per cup of oil. I use that Tbs for anything under a cup as well.

Decarb the plant material, add to the oil and lecithin and cook by the method you prefer.

Here's a good recipe. I'm going to use this one next.

Cannacoconut oil

1/2 cup coconut oil
7 grams bud or 1 oz sugar leaves
1tbs liquid sunflower lecithin

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees F

* Finely chop the cannabis and seal into an oven-safe container.
* Bake 30 minutes. Remove and cool. I toss mine in the freezer for an hour before I open it.
* Stir in the oil and half the lecithin. Reseal and put back in to the oven, which is back up to 230 F.
* Bake another 30 minutes. Completely cool before opening.
* Add the rest of the lecithin and mash it all together with a fork. Reseal good and tight.
* Bake another 50 minutes at 230 F.
* Cool in the refrigerator overnight, or at least six hours.
* Gently reheat to room temperature. Strain the oil out and use.

I hope that helped. I need to go to bed now. If you need more help either leave me a post or ask at the study hall.

Goodnight everyone.
