It's a carefully measured dose, with coconut oil for a faster effect and lecithin to make it even faster and more hard-hitting. I know, the things you'll do for the community, eh?

The basic recipe:

1 gm CCO melted into 5 ml of coconut oil.
Add 15 ml liquid sunflower letichin and 45 ml of coconut oil.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bring to room temperature and fill capsules.

If you're working with less than a gram of CCO, just let me know how much and I can adjust the measurements for you. The post I did was using only 1/5 of a gram of CCO.
