Hi,
I’m interested in bringing back the Legendary Thai Power Iso-2 abilities to market.
I have developed a safe and economical device to easily extract plant oil.
There are no toxic chemicals involved (all liquids used are organic in nature) in the extraction process, providing a safe product for consumption.
I have to admit that the device has the capabilities to carry it further, by inducing chemicals to alter the Cannabinoids,
but due to my lack of expertise in this area, and the hazards involved I have not tested to this degree.
If I had copies of the original manuals used when we bought an Iso-2 in the late 70’s, then I would try testing the device to full capabilities.
Anyway, I’m not only catching flak for the possibilities of being able to market the device, but the fact that I have built this device, and now being in possession of said device.
I reside in Calif., and would like to know what direction I should take in this endeavor.
I keep hearing the phrases “manufacture to sale” or “intent to sale”, which I do not understand. How can a natural extraction process of plant oil be called manufactured, and have penalties?
Much less have the device, since anyone could easily put one together with what they have in their kitchen.
I see a benefit for everyone that would like to be able to use their product of choice for cooking or other applicable uses, and I do consider it, and would sell it only as a personal use item.
To use the device to process for sale would be futile due to the device’s max capabilities, and I’m quite sure that anyone with the same knowledge could (probably has already been done)
easily build a device for such purposes.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
