Twenty to one is where most start.

Another way would be to estimate your daily intake and decide how many caps you want to take per day. Dividing your daily consumption by the number of caps you take daily will give you the dilution you want.

If you are going to use for sleep only, just guess how much you would use smoking or vaping to get some rest and use that amount for one or two caps.

Having said that, I find starting with a smaller dose and adding another later, but before it starts wearing off, let’s me keep the buzz at a nice place.
