Use liquid sunflower lecithin. Granule form lacks glycophospholipids or something like that, which is what you want. Soy lecithin is usually GMO.

Link to complete recipe below makes about 90-100 "00" capsules at 10-11 mg CCO per capsule. You can adjust the 1:20 CCO:carrier oil ratio to increase strength. I made my last batch at 18:3 ratio (same total of 21 gr, plus same amount of oil/lecithin to make about 80 gr mixture for 96 capsules at 195 mg each).
