There are countless guides available and I sure wish I had the money and time to purchase and study all of them. My dream is to become a master herbalist and aromatherapist.

Currently I am using fractionated coconut oil as my carrier oil for topicals. Another book offers a complete breakdown of what essential oils are best used for specific ailments.
