Sure. Just pick up a digital hygrometer- shows the relative humidity (RH) and usually the temp as well. Get one that will fit in your jar of bud. ( Or get a jar that will fit around your hygrometer). Put it in the jar of bud sealed, and check the RH after a day or so. Under 70 should be safe against mold, 65 is even better. Seal it up and deal with the rest when you get back.
