soil mix

hi everyone,

I'm new to this site and was hoping someone could help me with my grow medium. I have debco organic soil ,perlite, vermiculite, coco-peat. should i add coco-peat to my soil? whats better for seedlings perlite or vermiculite or both? ill need some help with ratios too
