Shredded Coconut & Oat's with Peanut and Chocolate Chips

Ingredients

2 Eggs
1 Cup Canna Coconut Oil
3/4 Cup White Sugar
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Cups Shredded Coconut(sweetened or unsweetened)
2 Cups Regular Oats (NO INSTANT OATS!)
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Mild Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter Chips
2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda

Portions 25-35 cookies


Directions


First bring canna coconut oil to a melt with out adding to much heat in a separate bowl. While your canna coconut oil is melting mix your dry ingredients shredded coconut, oats, flour, and baking soda. Once that is done and your coconut oil is melted you can then add the vanilla, sugar, and two eggs mixing very well. Now you are ready to slowly add your dry ingredients do not add all at once or your gonna have a bad time. It can be quite the work out, once you don't see anymore flour and is mixed well scoop 1-2 tablespoon portions. Refrigerate immediately for at least 2 hours before baking or otherwise you will end up with flat cookies. Once you are ready to bake preheat your oven to 350°Fahrenheit and bake for 10-20 minutes.​
