I guess I should say something about the set-up. Here is what I'm working with:

20X14 flowering room
8 air-cooled 1000 Watt HPS for flowering (MH was used for veg)
2 6" carbon activated filters
3 6" exhuast fans (2 for the two sets of air-cooled lights and 1 that pulls cool, fresh air from outside into the room, creating a homemade air conditioner)
4 16" oscillating fans on the wall
1 8,000 btu air conditioner
48 plants (6 per light in 5-gallon buckets)

20X4 veg room
2 1000 Watt MH lights in 42" Umbrella Hoods
2 4ft 6-tube T5s for clones and seedlings
1 4ft 8-tube T5 for 4 mother plants

Nutrients
Fox Farm Big Bloom
Fox Farm Grow Big
Fox Farm Tiger Bloom
Fox Farm Open Seaseme
Fox Farm Beastie Bloom
Humboldt Nutrients Verde
Black Strap Molasses

Growing Medium
Promix and Guano Mix 4:1 ratio

Ok, I have two sets of plants growing that are about three weeks apart. All of the plants come from a seed bank in Europe and are feminized. The 1st set consists of Sour Diesel (20 seeds), Sour Grape (10 seeds), and Great White Shark (5 seeds). 18 of the 20 Sour diesels popped, only 5 of the Sour Grapes popped, and all 5 great white sharks popped.

The sour diesel was the fastest grower of the three but the sour grape caught up by the 7th week or the 3rd week of veg. The great white shark came free and does not grow tall or rigorous. The sour grape already smells bomb and has a slightly more rigid structure than the sour diesel.

Seedlings
I grew the seedlings using the paper towel method and than transplanted them to grow cubes and put them in a dome. The temp was at 78degrees and humidity around 50%. After 1 week, I transplanted them into 1-gallon pots and put them under T5 lights for three weeks, completing the 4-week seedling stage. CAUTION: When I transplanted them and took them from under the dome, the next morning the leaves were burnt a little, they had suffered from heat burn and I guess a little shock. I raised the lights 8" and it fixed the problem. I lowered the lights again after 4 days as the plants improved.

Watering and Nutes
I kept the seedlings thoroughly watered (daily) while in the dome and once every 2-3 days once transplanted into 1-gallon pots. I like to let the plants get a little thirsty before I water them. I also mist the plants twice a day with regular water. I didn't use any nutes for the first 2-weeks, I just let the plants use the nutes already in the grow medium (burning them is a big risk at this stage). After 2 weeks I started giving them the Big Bloom (15ml or 6teaspoons per gallon) and Verde (2.5ml or .5teaspoon per gallon).

With this set-up the seedlings thrived during the seedling stage without any problems aside from the slight heat burn I mentioned. I will post pics of the rooms and plants shortly!
