I'm a newbie member here at 420 (but quite an "older" member to the cannabis community, having grown up in the '60's and early '70's and starting my family at the ripe age of 19 back in '75.
Through all of the subsequent years, I've seen a lot and done a lot within the "cannabis community"; always looking for continuous improvement regarding the use of cannabis as a medicine for my pain and also in optimizing my effort and time in cultivating the best of the best.
Specifically, seed procurement was quite a challenge many moons ago and there will probably always be some challenges with it. I, like many, have experienced the challenges with what I thought should have always been a smooth experience. My focus has always been on finding seed sources that provide the best of quality and the very best in service. When we find a source as such, we latch on, as latch on, we should.
After placing my first order with a new source, I held a pleasant dialogue with a representative of Highgrade Seeds (https://www.highgrade-seeds.com/). Even though I have not received delivery yet (order was just placed and received by them), the dialogue I had with them was around their business model, if you will, of ensuring customer satisfaction. I was given the highest confidence that I WILL be satisfied. It goes beyond the price paid, which was very fair with their competition in Europe (they're from Canada) --- it involves quality-of-product and quality-of-service.
I've always been one to provide public feedback regarding my purchasing experiences, for we as a consumers should ALWAYS expect a pleasant experience --- after all, we're the reason they survive or fall. And that's the crux of this "dissertation" --- to expect, receive and convey a pleasant experience. I'm going on Highgrade's promise of satisfaction, and I do believe that's what I'll experience. The proof is in the pudding, so I will convey the end result once I receive, and subsequently see my young ladies come out of the womb and into my living space.
I hope that anyone that responds to this post with their personal experience with Highgrade Seeds has only positive things to say, and if the responses are anything but, then it's up to us as consumers to "assist" them in becoming what we have come to expect from any vendor we do business with.
