Plants are dying! NEED HELP!

First time grower :/ I have three plants. One is really bad. It has the dried up areas like the ones in the picture below almost to the top of the plant. The other two are starting to get the same thing. Any suggestions on what exactly i should do? I tried to flush but i dont think it helped :/
