On December 17, 2008 I was prosecuted for possession of marijuana!
I was being a stupid stoner, smoking my bong in my car at 1am in a park… Dumb I know but that’s not the point I’m going for here. I live in VA so it was not looking good for me. I also live in a small town so I didn’t know what they where going to do.
I had a bong with me and 2g of herb. When I made it to court on the 17th they had the herb but know one could find the bong! It was a very nice bong and from what I hear around town one of the cops has a new piece too add to his collection. I don’t know why cops can get away with things like this. They see themselves as above the law.
Iv lived around VA here and there. Iv soled herb to cops. Iv met cops that don’t care if you smoke it in front of them. But never have a met a cop that arrest you and puts you in jail for 2days and steels your bong.lol But I know it happens a lot around the wonderful USA!!! I was fined all together $850 and given a 6mouths suspended license and 1year probation… I think things need to change but with everything going on right now it will be quite sometime B4 the laws change. Obama should and most likely will legalize it. But till then we need to keep pushing the government to stop messing with responsible stoners! It remains illegal because the government can’t tax it. We need to find a way that the government can tax this plant like cigarettes. I think that medicinal marijuana is a grate start to taxing it. In California doctors gives one full year for only $150 and $85 for renewals. What if we could pay the government something like that every year so we could smoke herb? They would be making Billions every year! And that’s not including sales from there products… They could sale a pack of 20 joints just like cigs, for $5 and I don’t know about you but I would go buy that, rather then speeding the time and money to grow my own! Now don’t get me wrong I wood have 1 or 2 plants of my own home grown but that’s not going to keep me from going out and buying 3 or 4 packs of joints!
Got to have a constant supply…lol
I am all most done with my ASAP and then this will of never happened. I am still out $2,000 tho.lol
