Newest of Noobs - From Set Up To Growing and Harvesting

I took a picture of a plant that I had determined to be male by the difference in the way the male stamen grows and the female calyx. I felt that the male stamen has it's own smallish stem attached to it, where the female calyx is "one" with the plant stem. Any thoughts on this?

I was going to take a couple of pics of a spider in the sink downstairs....but the darned thing was bigger than the loupe! Kitty didn't even want to mess with that one!

I was able to call the three males we ended up having, I thought the branches were symmetrically distanced on the entire plant, and the lines in the stock seemed more defined, if that makes sense, like it was buffer...LOL and perfect.
