Newbie to the game seeking some assistance

I have started a few plants from seeds i got from some good chronic. i sprouted them and had them under your average agro light from home depot and a 125 w sodium from a security light. was using some starter miracle grow and some miracle grow plant food to start. plants seemed happy and always healthy. I then upgraded to a 1k hid i keep 2'-3' above the plants and they r in a room 9 x 10 with 7'3" ceiling. the room is kept between 88 and 70 deg with 18 on 6 off now and rh around 30% says my weather station. the plants have started to seem less happy past few days just figured needed better nuted. I just repotted today in 5 gal pots drained with FFOF about 1/3 perilite and about 4 tbsp of lime. I watered the soil thoroughly and tried inducing a little xtra CO2 from a propane heater for about 30 min on low. I was wondering if anyone has any tips of something i may be doing wrong.
