I went to my local High Time head shop looking for some feminized seeds for my first grow. They had a pretty nice selection of feminized seeds of various strains and breeders. At the time, I did not know anything about breeders, only that I wanted feminized seeds to start a mother garden. These seeds started at 180$ and up. This was way too much I thought, especially for my first grow (I had never even germinated a seed before), so I looked at some of their regular seeds and was struck by this 'Lemon Joy' strain at 50 dollars instead. I asked the girl if I could look up the strain on her Ipad and came across a stunning review. I bought it, and went home. I threw my seeds in some distilled water and went immediately on the internet to look up the strain again. I went back to the website which I believed had reviewed this 'Lemon Joy' strain and noticed that it was not for that strain but for 'Lemon Kush'... a cross between 'Lemon Joy' x 'Hybrid OG Kush'. Other website also mention this 'Lemon Joy' as having been crossed with all sorts of different types of Kush to get Lemon, Lime, Kush etc. but nothing about this 'Lemon Joy'.
