About the time they have been flower. When did you start counting? When you flipped the switch or when you saw the first buds appear? Makes a big difference. If you started when you flipped the switch, you are a week or two behind. If you started counting when you fist saw buds, then you are on time.

Also remember the times the seed banks give you, are if they are grown perfectly. Not many us can do that, if any.

Just tell Radio Shack you are a stamp collector and need a microscope. They only have one, so that helps.
I managed 3 Radio Shack stores.....they could care less about what you use them for.

When you get your microscope. Let me know. I'll give you a bit of a tutorial on how to best use it.
