I have in general never really understood how threads, posts or blogs work or are they all the same? I imagine I might break a rule but I will keep checking the forums dos and donts often. So... this is my first time doing this. Ever... I have read other posts on this site for a month or so and I can see that the people here are nice and thoughtful when making suggestions and helpful with tips. Thats great.

I want to grow 2 plants maybe 3. I want to use soil.
This is what I got.

1. 2x2x5 ft tent from grow lab.

In about a week im going to purchase a light. I want to go led. I knew nothing about leds a month ago now I can reconize some of the technical jargon but im still learning. I wish I knew the best to use for my tent but I think this one will work. https://www.topledgrowlight.com/reflector-led-grow-light-192x3w.html#.UqJH1n2IbMI
Idk any other suggestions?. I have been reading journals from here of people testing leds and it sounds like things are going good. But I have to be careful because I have to save up for this light. So I need the right one. Actually because of the price id like to know what people think.

hey there i was looking at your bolg entry and the light you have might be a little big for the tent your using unless you plan to go bigger soon. im using this light mars2 400 in a 2x3x5ft tent and its plenty of light, i would save you some cash you could use for other things or even a second mars2 400 for a veg area or double the flower power if you check out my 6.0 journal you can see the m2 400 in action they have 5 watt diodes as opposed to the 3 watt ones in the light you have selected, the big differences it greater penetration, so fuller buds im the underside of the canopy, and stronger light so it will yield more also, i find like many others the topled lights are a fantastic value,in most ways they are as good and generally better than similar lights with a much bigger price tag, i think 5 watters are the better option in the simplest terms they are just more powerful diodes, its your choice but since you asked i figgered i'd throw in my 2 cents
hope this helps
and feel free to hit me up with questions in my journals thats what im here for
