So I was in a local retail store buying a vaporiser (Arizer Air), and while I was waiting for the sales staffer to package my purchase, I got chatting to another customer. She was about 40, very trim, nicely dressed, and loved to talk about herself.
During our conversation she mentioned "my prescription" several times. I got the impression that she felt somehow empowered by having this "prescription". Finally, I got sick of her constant prattle, and so I said to her mildly, "My wife uses cannabis for her fibromyalgia, for pain releif, and I use it for my attitude.
I looked her straight in the eye and smiled, and she gave a little laugh and turned away.
I think I scared her...
