I live in a rural town near Delta, Colorado. I want to grow and make an honest living. My town/ county has a moratorium on Marijuana and MMJ facilities.
I want to know how to change the moratorium. Do I get signatures? I would go door to door to get all of them. Should I make flyers that tell of the huge tax income and benefits of keeping our MJ smokers local customers? I feel like I am going to miss the bus on this one and some huge corporation is going to grow, making all of the money. The Dept of Revenue will not issue licenses to grow either. I really need solid input about the steps that I should take to make this work.
