Leaf twisting - What does this indicate?

I am growing Malawi Gold auto fem in soil with perlite. (Crop King Seeds)
3 gal pots, indoor inside cold room in basement.
200 watts of cfl ( all are 6500k with 2- 23watt 2700k )
Using GH Flora Nova Gro/Flora Nova Bloom with a pinch of molasses and a few drops of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide
Lights on 24hr
Lights are 6" above the 2 plants
Room temp between 75-80 F
Humidity approx 50-60%
Fan running steady
When plants begin to flower I will switch light to 240 watts 2700k CFL
Lights on 18/6
Now have PH meter water @ 6.5
