Jamaican weed

i am really worried Jamaican weed is slowly losing its popularity all these new strains are so much better. we still have the same planting methods and the quality of the weed is very poor. The governments thrust to destroy marijuana plants over the years has also been a big reason for the poor quality of our weed, Indoor grow houses are non-exist ant and with the high cost of energy would be too expensive. Serious intervention is needed to save one of the marijuana capitals of the world, we desperately need seeds and technical help, the whole situation just makes me want to cry..
