Is she stretching too much?

To me it looks like it was in the beginning but you should be fine. Might i recommend topping it?

YA and stop pulling the leaves off of it

I was gonna start LST in a couple days. I just transplanted them to the ground, figured I would let them recover from that. I haven't pulled any leaves off her. I have 3 kinda like that and 2 shorter and bushier. Are they ready to start trimming, topping? I feel like they are still fragile.
