Investing and team building to operate a cultivation center or dispensary

Hi,

I'm a consultant and licensed Illinois attorney who is beginning to provide professional services to prospective participants in Illinois' medical cannabis industry.

I know there are a lot of questions and misconceptions about what the law says (even among other lawyers). I wrote a book to address this. My goal was to organize the law in a way that is easy for people to read and understand. I think of the book as a handbook for anyone who is serious about investing in or operating a cultivation center or dispensary. (It has important information for physicians, patients, and private businesses too).

The book is available on Amazon in both paperback ($25) and kindle format ($10). It's insanely cheap considering the quality and amount of information packed into it. There's no other way to get such a sophisticated understanding unless you study the law yourself or pay an attorney to do it for you. I guarantee you'll be pleased with the book or I will personally reimburse you. (Please be sure to look at the right book; a shorter, similarly titled one appeared a few weeks after mine. Mine is titled Illinois Medical Marijuana Law: A Practical Guide for Everyone. It's more than 120 pages and extensive previews are available).

Also, I'm seeking to talk with people who are trying to build a team to operate a cultivation center or dispensary. A partner and I are beginning to perform a team building function to help prospective investors, partners, and operators find each other. Please call my office at (480)-382-5537 to talk confidentially.
