Incredibly poor man's closet grow

Hello everyone!! I have been reading a lot on this site lately and I decided to join because I started my first grow. It's just one plant, the seed is bag seed. The lights I'm using are 2 40W (150W)(2650 lumens each, 2700k) CLF's. the soil is unknown, just kind of took it out of a random pot at my aunts house. Will I be able to grow anything with these lights? How much more will I end up investing in this? And I will also need lots of help with nutes and Ph stuff

So the plant sprouted this morning. I noticed earlier today that a little leaf was sticking out (actually made me really excited and nervous at the same time lol). Ill try to add some pictures of the sprout and grow room soon

Welcome :) Colorado High has given you great advice -- check out the links he gave you. You can also start a Grow Journal, since more people hang out there, helping with grows than in the Blogs, at least as far as I can see.

There are thrifty grows all over the place, and tons of help -- all the best!
