When the nutrients are mixed at full strength the solution will generally make the pH go lower. When I mix 10 ml of each part with water from my tap, The starting pH is 5.8. My tap water is about 6.7 and about 10 ppm coming out of my faucet. When the concentration is lower, it won't have as much of an acidic effect because it is more dilute. Personally I prefer the soil to stay around 6.5. I just got through looking at your plants that are vegging and they look like they could definitely take a half to full strength feeding. I would feed with every other watering and decrease or increase the strength as needed. Typically, a feeding twice a week is plenty but adjustments need to be made depending on how your plants are growing and what they need.
