I mainly use this when searching for my own posts in a thread but it's also helpful when you remember reading about a particular topic but can't find the exact post in a thread.

Fill in what you're searching, where you're searching and if the post you're looking for was written by anyone in particular. Results below show the posts where Emilya Green mentions SIP.
