So I basically have everything I need to open a doctors office (software wise) and I am very familiar with working in one. I just am unsure how to go about opening it as I was told you have to have the actual doctor put his name on the lease/business license and that anyone other than the doctor trying to open one is illegal. Can anyone give me anymore insight into this? I have all the funds I just need to know if I actually need a doctor to put the business in his name first. Thanks!
