how do i flower,cure my pot of gold

could someone please help on this ive been growning it for 33 days now and some people say yu should start the flowering stage i ws wondering when do i start and how do i do it and cure it to whats the best way i heard alot of diff ways to get a box and cut a hole at the bottom and but a fan blowing on it and i donnt know which way to use. thanks alot i could use everyones help on yea and shes about 7 inchs tall now that pic was taken about 6 days ago
