Since I came to understand how easily inflammation in the gut spreads throughout the system, I find myself drawn to any natural method to increase the efficiency of the digestive process.
Makes food more bioavailable, huh? Interesting. I found this interesting as well. From Heart Vigor
FOUR THIEVES VINEGAR
There are many versions of the beginnings of Four Thieves Vinegar. The most popular is one dating back to 1628, from the Toulouse area in France. Four thugs were convicted of entering the houses of the Great Plague victims, strangling them and then relieving them of their valuables. They were sentenced to burn at the stake. Their sentence was eased when they revealed the secret formula of their potion to keep the plaque away. The Four Thieves were then hanged. This is said to be the formula they used:

You can take Four Thieves Vinegar by the teaspoonful, use it as a salad dressing, or even add a spoonful to your bath water. Four Thieves Vinegar also makes an excellent salad dressing.
You can also use it to disinfect surfaces, including your skin. All of the Four Thieves Vinegar ingredients are either antibacterials or antivirals.
It's a bit disturbing to find that we can't trust the producers to be honest in their labeling. How would one know? Would one get the benefit from the placebo effect, or at least hope for that response?
I'll start doing this every day. Next time I'm at the store I'll grab a fresh bottle. Your testimony was the impetus Canna.
I've been drinking about 2 TBS of BSM (blackstrap molasses) in about a cup of hot water every morning. I'm typically quite healthy, so it's hard to determine any benefit, but it's comforting to me to know I'm feeding my body micronutrients without messing with the blood sugar levels. Plus it's delicious, and it may slow down the graying of the hair, but I believe that change is beyond expectation.
