Often I have been insisted, by my family members particularly by my brother, to have HID Kit for my car, but never really knowing what this kit comes with, I proceeded my march into the near by stores to find one. What I was told here was more surprising. I was impressed with these HID lights. But because I used to think its installation a difficult task to be performed, I never admired these lights. Yet, there was nothing else to do for me than simply taking a trial with this, I decided to get one thinking that at least I may ,to some extent, keep my family happy.
Finally, I got one HID Kit. This kit included two bulbs, two ballasts (igniters) and wiring and some other tools which may be required to install the kit. Now, it seemed to me that the real game has begun. How to install it? I didn’t know it that time, though I know it now, and even no one in my family knows about it. Then a moment recollection flashed through my mind that along with this kit, there was an instruction manual. And I can’t say to you how easy I felt its installation is after going through the manual. Now, I think that I can instruct any one regarding its installation.
The first thing which you must do, while in HID Kit in your car, is to disconnect the battery and let the engine to cool down. The low beam dust cover on the back of your headlight assembly should be removed so that you can reach the bulbs and remove them. You can place the HID bulbs in the headlights after removing the existing bulbs. You should be careful enough to not to touch the glass part of the bulb so as to avoid any type staining on the glass. Then you are required to plug in the male or the female plugs. The last step will be the mounting of the ballasts on the car. So find a good spot to mount the ballast and your HID Kit installation is complete.
I never imagined that vehicle can really have such high intensity bulbs. They are very helpful for a clear visibility during mist or fog.
