Re; the title of this post.
I do not have a lot to say at this time except to introduce myself. I am doing this so that readers can put any of my future comments into context with regard to my position on marijuana legalization.
My story began 63 years ago and I think I have lived a fairly normal life. I've had my up's and down's and I wouldn't trade any of my life experiences if I could.
I was first introduced to marijuana in Littleton, CO by a friend in 1970. I managed to enjoy marijuana highs for several years until I had to quit for fear of losing my job. I absolutely hated the need to sneak around to buy it as well as the exposure to much more dangerous substances. Somehow I managed to steer clear of most of the 'bad' stuff and live a full life. I am now retired but living in a state that will probably be the last state to legalize marijuana – Alabama.
Most of my life I've been a voracious reader. I find learning about anything scientific quite satisfying. This is most likely why I've allowed my interest with marijuana to germinate over the decades while I abstained. The marijuana plant as well and its presence throughout human history is a fascinating one full of hugely interesting facts.
I enjoy visiting the www.420magazine.com website and look forward to all that I learn while reading the various material. So far, I've really enjoyed reading the 420News International Cannabis News blogs and comments and look forward to a healthy debate about marijuana issues.
