Yeah they are trying to tell you something. Your blown ballast wont help matters any. Can you provide natural sunlight till you can get it fixed? I dont like the look of your soil what kind did you use? Are you using any nutrients? Please provide as much information as you can.

miracle grow compost as this is my first time am not 100 percent on what i am doing don't have a pH d reader yet i didn't realise i needed one and i am using tap water wit 3 drops of baby bio can i change the soil with out damaging the plants i rushed in to plant them wit little know how and no planning
