Help! New Grower Seedling question!

Let me know what I'm doing wrong! My seedlings leaves are really light green almost yellow and the leaves look almost like they have Nute burns . (Almost brown/purple in spots) I'm using two 26W CFL's the top of the plant is about 2" from the CFLs. I'm using miracle grow (I know not the best but it was all I had ATM) my plant is about 3 inches tall and has an almost purple stem as if to indicate a nitrogen Def. Help she was growing really fast until I hit this unknown problem and now her growth is very very slow almost at a stand still
