Help me with legalities

Well, I started smoking about 1.5 years ago, due to extreme pain and muscle spasms, nausea, anxiety,PTSD, panic disorder a whole list of reasons that I couldnt find relief with ANYTHING else. I was working on getting my card, until my hubby and I were caught on 12/1/11. I was put "under advisement" on May 10, told to take random tests once a month, and to take an impulse class. I paid ALL my fines, signed up for the retarded class, and took my first piss test about 2.5-3 weeks after i stopped smoking, which was dirty, expectedly. I just recieved a letter in the mail saying I have to go back to court on 6/19 because of "probation violation" first off, I wasnt even aware I was on probation. In fact, I was told by the court appointed lawyer AND the people I paid the fines too that I wasn't on probation. I wasn't given a officer to report to or anything. i simply got a paper that told me when my advisement started, ended, who was the judge clerk was, and where i needed to take my piss test. Ive done EVERYTHING right... so I'm sitting here freaking out on WHY im going back to court for probation violation. I was just diagnosed with Fibromyalgia,(FINALLY AN ANSWER TO ALL MY SYMPTOMS) and i was planning on getting my medical marijuana card, because marijuana defnitely doesnt have all the side effects of the handful's of pills I should be taking. Is this still possible? Anyone that can help me understand why im getting in further trouble? Im in an utter panic and need some help!

You are a victim of the typical PERSECUTION that govt. agencies have engaged in for more years than I can count. Get in and get your card ASAP! Try to get any court actions or appearances moved back until you have your card in hand. Present that card (Make sure you have a photocopy for the court to keep) and hopefully (if the Judge is honest and truly interested in justice tempered by mercy) you will be done. IF you have to go to trial demand a jury trial (Your legal right) and make sure that your Lawyer explains Jury nullification to the jury or try to get the explanation out to the jury your self. Be advised, a lot of judges will cite you and hold you in contempt if you cite jury nullification.

Well ive been doing this for 5 months now and have 5 months left. I am now pregnant with my second child, (yay!) and I had to stop taking my depression/anxiety medications, tension headache meds, etc so I wouldnt hurt the baby. Do you think if I got my card now, there would be any way I could go back to court, or the probation office or anything to get off early? Marijuana is the only thing, in my opinion, that is a safe medication for the baby, and i spent hours in the bathroom crying last night. So i need to figure something out..
