having trouble with sick plants

i am a medical marijuana user-grower. i am having trouble with a strain grand daddy purple. i grow out doors, but started them indoors under a light. i started budding them about a month ago. they were getting kind of droppy and a freind said i over water them. so i stopped watering them down to every third day or till the soil dried. then on a real hot day i watered them on that day and some of the plants didnt drain like they are suppose to and the water went up to the bud and now i have 4 plants that are completely dry and crisp and even the good ones are really droppy, dry fan leaves, and are starting to dry out. i also have problems with other strains like train wreck, ogkush, head band that are starting to bud and are having discoloring of the leaves. it is hot here so i have them outside but in the afternoon when the heat is at its best i put them in the shade. i put them all away at night in a airy well ventalated shed. there in there from 8:30pm till 9:00am. so what im asking is for some feed back on what i am doing wrong and if any of it is right. i new at all this so i really need help and i found this site and was told that you know it all about growing. i have some pics under sick plants please do a search and look at them and give me advice on what to do. im also under lizzie on fourmm please help..:thanks:lizzie

okay lets start with fact that you started them in indoor light then put them out doors well basicly they are all going to dye. you are not suppose to bring them out when started in indoor light. it kills them and i have other people that know the condition and say the same thing you have killed them. even if one or two make it i'll put money you lose them all get them in a cool spot and get them back under the lights short 6hrs days try to save them if you can its a disruption of their life cycle and it messes them up
