Grow op in southern colorado?

I am constantly seeing land on ebay in Colorado for dirt cheap. 5 acres for $100 down $100 a month owner financing 0% interest. They are begging people to take this land cause lets face it, it is shitty and in the middle of no where. I cant stop thinking about buying a plot of land and just making a large grow op. Maybe a 6 month trip, living on bare minimums. Id like to do a greenhouse to help control temperature and hide plants. I found that a pit greenhouse (hole dug out basically with greenhouse roof) would be perfect for not only climate control and stealth, but also better control of photo periods and protection. Of course everything is theoretical and not legal but am looking at spending the least and earning the most. would anyone have some advice? I am an experienced grower i am just curious if anyone knows the area and can relate to what i am looking for?
