The growth this past week has been tremendous. I attribute that to the normal growth patterns of the plant, and the stronger nutrient rates. I am now using 10 ml grow 5ml bloom and micro, 10ml ginormous, and 10 ml Terpinator. Betty seems to be doing fine after I broke the top out of her seven days ago. I am continuing to use LST on both plants. Wilma now covers the area of the pot. In the pics you can see how much shorter Betty looks compared to Wilma and her intact top.
