First indoor grow

Ok I just got my permit to grow, I decided to grow indoor but I'm on a very tight budget as I was just victimized by identity theft. So now I am stuck with a 34x24x24 rubbermaid tub and some cfl's tomorrow I'm getting a 6' security blanket for light reflective material. I have about 100 purple kush seeds which are as I found out 11 months old. I already have a closet for growing my sapplings. I have experience with solo outdoor growing but only a very small amount of experience with assistive indoor growing. I'll post picture as I go and any help would. I have also decided on hydroponic growing.
